Returns Policy – Inspired Angling Ltd

Thank you for shopping with Inspired Angling Ltd. We appreciate your trust in our products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our returns policy.

Returns Period: You have up to 30 days from the date of shipping to initiate a return, please DO NOT return your item to us after 30 days as we will not be able to process a refund for you.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. A valid receipt of purchase is required with any return.

Postage Costs: Please note that Inspired Angling Ltd do not cover shipping costs for returns. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Receiving Damaged Goods: All products are QC checked for damage before leaving Inspired Angling Ltd. If you receive damaged goods please contact our Customer Service team immediately with clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging. Lost return items: Sadly, we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss. As always we recommend obtaining proof of shipping and send your item via a tracked service. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for a return, we cannot then reasonably refund you for the goods that you have sent us.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Please use our “My Returns” feature, available in your “My Account” page, to initiate the return process.
  2. Our dedicated Customer Service team will review your request and respond as soon as possible, typically within 14 business days.
  3. If your return request is approved, one of our Customer Service team members will provide you with a returns form.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that any return postage costs for non-faulty items will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods, such as bait
  • Items that have been used or damaged due to improper handling
